We promote a quality culture throughout u²t, which provides solutions, products and services of the highest quality to meet the needs of our customers in order to achieve sustainable customer satisfaction. Our quality management system covers all business processes to ensure its effective operation and is ISO 9001 certified. It guarantees equal quality standards in all affiliated and subsidiary companies and reproducible processes, as well as using customer and internal feedback to drive improvements and quality objectives.

Our well-educated and qualified personnel design and produce ultra-fast, first-class optoelectronic components, which are optimised for the requirements of our customers and for serving future markets. We comply with the legal and environmental regulations as well as the UN human rights and the product-specific standards. We claim the top position in terms of technology and are developing new concepts in close contact with our customers. Together, we define the quality criteria for our products.
The first priority is to raise the customer satisfaction. Therefore, we take note of their feedback and the input of our staff to continuously improve our processes and products.
In u²t photonics, the quality goals and their significance for the individual areas of operation are known and reviewed regularly. Every employee is responsible for the quality of his own workmanship.
